The Northrup Investment Fund will consult with the South African government and carry out feasibility studies with the architects to plot an area of land on South Africa’s Eastern Cape coast to build a new city which will house five million people and be a modern hub, offering a metro, schools, world class universities etc and will also be home to the worlds tallest building which will house serviced apartments and a hotel etc.

The architectural style throughout will be classic, accompanied by parks surrounded by colonial style manor houses as well as boulevards, cultural areas like art and sport districts representing a major investment in the continent.
