The Obsidian Fund is a London‑based venture capital firm founded in 2025.

Mission and Focus:

The firm deliberately invests in underrepresented entrepreneurs across the UK — especially people of colour and women—responding to the historical underinvestment these groups face. At launch, less than 4% of VC funding went to women-led teams and under 1% to people of colour.

The Obsidian Fund will be adminstered by Steven Bartlett’s Flight Fund.
