Northrup Investment Fund will with partners Terry Quinlan and Leon Krier Associates, found a new town in the UK, it will house 500.000 people and help ease the housing crisis in the UK, there will be high quality housing, schools, town centres, universities etc, it will be an electric only city, the first in the UK, a site has not yet been chosen, we will work with the UK government in particular the Ministry Of Housing in order to choose where the town might be placed, it is likely it will compliment another town or city.

The architectural style throughout will be classic, accompanied by parks and manor houses.
